Nelima is the Business Development Coordinator and Team Lead for LVCT Training Institute. She has vast experience of over eight years in Project Management and Business Development.  Nelima holds a Master’s degree in project Planning and management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Education-Science from Kenyatta University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Kenya Institute of Management and a Certificate in advance sign language. She is a Program Management Specialist and has done Research work on Youth friendly services in the community.

She is passionate about capacity building and desires to share her professional skills and experience and to bring tremendous growth to the Training department at LVCT Group.
